Last night we were joined by our new Upper Third pupils and their parents for a celebratory welcome Mass, as they begin their journey through the College. The Academic Hall was full to capacity for what was a lovely, happy occasion.
The College was once again delighted to have Bedian Father Michael Deas as celebrant for the Upper Third Mass. He spoke warmly about his days at the College in his homily and extolled the virtues of playing left back for the College football team!
Once again Mr Davies had worked miracles in only one week to produce such a fantastic sound for the hymns and parents were especially delighted by the energetic rendition of ‘We want to see Jesus lifted high’.
